Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National)
We are proud to offer services through TIS National, providing interpreting and translation services to ensure effective communication with all members of our community. For assistance, please contact us to arrange an interpreter. Additionally, we support National Relay Services for individuals who are Deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment.

As a 100% Medicare bulk-billing clinic, a valid Medicare Card is required to receive Medicare-funded, bulk-billed services.
If you hold a Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, DVA Card, or any other concession card, please bring this with you as well.
Presenting your Medicare and concession cards helps us confirm your eligibility, keep your records up to date, and process your appointment as efficiently as possible.
